Importing your data Clients, products and services from Excel — plus how stock, costs and the colour log work. How to install HueSuite on your phone HueSuite runs in your browser and can be added to your home screen, so it opens full-screen like an app. There is nothing to download from an app store. How to set your VAT rates HueSuite applies VAT from your country's preset, with separate rates for services and retail products — for example 5% on hairdressing and 19% on retail in Cyprus. How to set up your online booking page Clients book themselves from your booking link — no app, no account. Online bookings arrive in your calendar as Pending, ready for you to confirm. HueSuite applies it when you cancel an appointment or mark a no-show. How to take deposits with Stripe A deposit turns a booking into a commitment. How to check out a client Checkout takes a client from finished appointment to paid in a few taps, with services, products, tips and vouchers in one cart. How to sell and redeem gift vouchers Gift vouchers are sold and tracked in Vouchers and redeemed at checkout. A partly used voucher keeps its remaining balance. How to run end-of-day reports (X and Z) The X report shows today's takings live; the Z report closes the day. Both split takings by payment method and show VAT.
