A busy team.
A calm front desk.
Everyone's diary in one calendar, commission worked out for you, colour formulas shared across the team and stock that reorders itself — so you can run the salon instead of the admin.
Too big for a notebook,
too small for a manager.
With a handful of stylists, the owner ends up doing reception, payroll and stock counts on top of clients. HueSuite takes those jobs off your list.
- One calendar, every stylist — a column per stylist, drag to reschedule, and online booking where clients choose who they see.
- Commission without spreadsheets — a rate per stylist, captured at checkout, with shared appointments split exactly.
- Roles that make sense — Owner, Manager, Member and Accountant, plus per-person toggles for who sees what.
- A shared formula vault — any stylist can pick up a colleague's client without losing the signature shade.
- Stock that reorders itself — colour deducts by the gram from every formula; anything below minimum becomes a supplier order in two clicks.
- Numbers you can act on — revenue, stylist performance, utilization, Z-reports and VAT by category.

Salon owner questions,
answered.
How much does HueSuite cost for a 4-chair salon?
On Pro, €30/mo includes one calendar seat and the colour formula vault and inventory for up to 5 team members; each extra calendar seat is €9.99. A salon with 4 stylists taking bookings pays €59.97/mo (€30 + 3 × €9.99). If you don't need the colour tools, Link is €9.99 per calendar seat — €39.96/mo for 4. Prices exclude VAT.
How is stylist commission calculated?
Set a commission rate per stylist. HueSuite records the rate at the moment of checkout, so changing a rate later never rewrites past payroll. On shared appointments, each stylist is credited their exact share of the revenue.
Can stylists see only their own clients?
Yes. There are four built-in roles — Owner, Manager, Member and Accountant — plus per-member permission toggles. You can restrict a stylist to their own book with one switch.
Can my accountant get access without seeing client data?
Yes. The Accountant role is read-only and sees financial reports only — no client records, formulas or appointment history. Z-reports, VAT totals by category and expenses are all there for them.
We're on Fresha — how hard is the switch?
Most salons move in an afternoon. Export your clients from Fresha as a CSV, import them into HueSuite (duplicates are detected automatically), then add your services, team and hours. Migration help is free.
What if we open a second location?
Add the Locations add-on (€9.99/mo per extra shop): each shop gets its own address, hours and booking link, and staff are assigned to their shop. If the new salon is a separate company, the Multi-Company add-on (€24.99/mo) links the accounts with a side-by-side Group overview.
