Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, full access to the core platform plus HueAI (color advisor) unlocked from day one. No credit card required to start. If you don't love it, walk away — no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus SEPA bank transfer for European salons.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period — no contracts, no fees. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Do I pay extra per stylist?
HueSuite — Log includes up to 5 team members; extra Log seats are €2/seat/mo. HueSuite — Link is €9.99/seat/mo for additional users. HueSuite — Pro includes 5 Log members and 1 Link seat, with the same per-seat add-on rates beyond that.
How do AI features work and how much do they cost?
AI is sold as separate add-ons on top of any base plan. HueAI (business assistant + color formula advisor) is €30/mo for 1–3 members, €50/mo for 4–6, €80/mo for 7+. AI Messages (chat that books appointments on your booking page) is €30/mo. HueAI is unlocked free during your 7-day trial.
What is Hue Reach and how is it priced?
Hue Reach is the marketing add-on: reach your own clients by email and SMS, straight from your client list. Build audiences (by spend, last visit, colour-fade-due, birthday and more), send branded email and SMS campaigns, and attach a unique discount code per client that tracks to your POS. It is €14.99/mo flat, available on the Link and Pro plans and during your trial (not on Log). Email is free up to 3,000 sends a month; SMS is pay-as-you-go — each message is billed at your country rate from a prepaid wallet. It is email and SMS only (no WhatsApp) and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
What about VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU salons are charged the appropriate VAT rate based on country and provide a valid VAT number. Non-EU salons are not charged VAT.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no migration fees. We even help you import existing client data and color formulas from spreadsheets at no cost.
