Phorest is built for larger chain salons with longer feature checklists. HueSuite is a modern, narrower-focused platform: the nine surfaces salons actually use every day, done well, with AI on top. Fewer sliders in settings; less time spent on admin. For most independent salons, that trade lands favourably.
Does HueSuite have Phorest's online store and loyalty?
Not a full e-commerce storefront — products sell at POS with full inventory. Loyalty is handled via client history, notes and client-segment reporting rather than a points-and-tiers system. If a loyalty programme is table-stakes for you, flag it before moving; we'd rather you stay than hit a wall.
What does HueSuite do that Phorest doesn't?
Three differentiators: HueAI (an AI color advisor trained on professional colorimetry, suggests a starting formula from a photo); Sofia (an AI receptionist that answers calls 24/7 in 15 languages on your real salon line); and a brand-agnostic gram-level inventory that auto-deducts from every color formula logged. How long is the migration?

What about existing Phorest integrations (SMS providers, accountant tools)?
HueSuite sends SMS via a built-in provider. WhatsApp Business integration is on the product roadmap; today we do not replicate it. For accountants: Z-reports export as accountant-ready PDF, full financial data exports to CSV.
