Your clients,
your page.

Online booking that speaks Greek

A booking page and AI Messages chat in natural Greek that answer questions, suggest open times and book straight into your calendar — even after closing.

Every formula on file

Brand, shade, grams, developer and photos for every client, searchable in seconds — so any stylist on the team can repeat a colour exactly.

Stock that counts itself

Colour stock deducts by the gram from every formula, and low items become a supplier order in two clicks. Fewer emergency runs to the supplier.

Greek rules

What HueSuite does —
and what it doesn't.

Receipts & myDATA: keep your provider

HueSuite does not transmit to AADE's myDATA. Keep issuing receipts through your cash register (ΦΗΜ) linked to your POS, or your licensed e-invoicing provider. HueSuite runs bookings, client records, colour formulas, stock and reporting alongside it.

24% VAT and mandatory POS

Hairdressing in Greece is at the 24% standard VAT rate. Hair salons (ΚΑΔ 96.02) have been required to accept cards since 2017, and card terminals must be linked to the cash register since 2024. HueSuite's reports split takings by payment method so they reconcile with your register.

Digital client register: coming

AADE has announced that the ψηφιακό πελατολόγιο will extend to hair salons, but no start date has been published as of October 2026. Keeping every client and visit in HueSuite means your records are already organised when it arrives.

Practical summary, not tax advice — checked October 2026. Business-to-business e-invoicing becomes mandatory for all Greek businesses from 2 November 2026; retail receipts are not affected. Confirm with your accountant.

FAQ

Questions from
salon owners.

Does HueSuite replace my cash register or myDATA provider?

No. HueSuite does not transmit to AADE's myDATA, so your cash register (ΦΗΜ) linked to your POS, or your licensed provider, keeps issuing receipts. HueSuite runs bookings, colour formulas, stock and reports alongside it.

Can my clients in Thessaloniki book online in Greek?

Yes. Your HueSuite booking page and AI Messages chat work fully in Greek, 24/7, and switch automatically to English or 13 other languages when a client writes in one.

Is setup done in person?

For salons in Greece, setup is remote: a free call or screen-share with our Greek-speaking team. We help import your clients from Fresha or any CSV.

Do you charge commission on bookings?

No — 0% on bookings, cash and in-person card payments. HueSuite takes 1% only on online payments (deposits and online checkouts) made through Stripe; Stripe's fee is separate.

How much does HueSuite cost?

From €9.99/mo per calendar seat (Link), or €30/mo for Pro with colour formulas and inventory. Monthly, no contract, prices excl. VAT, 7 days free.
