Can I run several salons in one HueSuite account?
Yes, with the Locations add-on (€9.99/mo per extra shop). Each shop gets its own address, opening hours and booking link, staff are assigned to their shop, and the calendar can be filtered by location. Clients choose the shop when they book, or use a shop's direct link that skips the question.
What if each salon is a separate company?
Use the Multi-Company add-on (€24.99/mo). Each company keeps its own HueSuite account, team and data, and the group's main company gets a Group overview: every company's month side by side, for this month, last month or this year.
How much does multi-location cost?
Locations is €9.99/mo for each extra shop; Multi-Company is €24.99/mo. Both are add-ons on top of your HueSuite plan, billed monthly, excluding VAT. There are no setup or migration fees.
Can managers run the day-to-day?
Yes. Owner, Manager and Member roles, team-wide permission toggles (for example who can edit appointments, see phone numbers or open reports) and per-person overrides let you decide what each manager and stylist can see and change.
Can our external accountant see the numbers?
Yes. Invite them from Settings → Accountant: they get read-only access to Reports and don't count as a paid team seat. You can also download or email the Accountant Bundle — one Excel file with Z totals, receipts, commissions, VAT, expenses and stock.
Can we move all our salons over from another system?
Yes. Client lists import from Excel or CSV with automatic duplicate detection, and we help you plan the switch shop by shop. In Cyprus we can do setup in person; elsewhere, remotely.
