Stock that counts itself.
And reorders itself.
Every formula you log and every service you run deducts the exact stock used — to the gram. When a product drops below its minimum, HueSuite builds the supplier order for you, with suggested quantities. You send it in two clicks.
Color stock
that knows itself.
Generic POS inventory was built for retail tills, not salons. HueSuite tracks the way colorists actually work — by the gram, by the formula, by the client.
- Gram-level tracking for every color tube — any professional brand, any shade system.
- Auto-deduct from formulas — record a balayage on the client's color card, the exact grams disappear from stock.
- Per-service cost — each product carries its cost, which feeds straight into per-service profitability.
- Brand-usage reports — see grams used, cost per service, and which lines are pulling weight.
- Retail tracking — every shampoo, mask, brush deducts on POS sale.
- Auto-reorder — anything below its minimum is pulled into a ready-to-send supplier order, with quantities suggested for you.
- Export anytime — full inventory dump to spreadsheet whenever you need it.
Stock that
deducts itself.
Your next order
writes itself.
Every gram you mix and every retail sale quietly draws down your stock. The moment a product crosses its minimum level, HueSuite adds it to a supplier order — and works out how much to buy from the gap between your minimum and what's left on the shelf.
- Built from real usage — the order reflects what your formulas and services actually consumed, not a guess.
- Quantities suggested for you — minimum vs. current stock decides how much to reorder. Adjust any line, or add a product that isn't low yet.
- Grouped by supplier — each supplier gets their own pre-filled order, ready to go.
- Sent in two clicks — review, hit send, and the order emails straight to your supplier. No spreadsheet, no stocktake first.
- Weighted-average cost on restock — when stock arrives, costs recalculate so per-service profitability stays honest.
Set it once.
Forget it.
Add your stock
Add products by brand, category, quantity — with a minimum level and cost per product. Set your suppliers once. Bulk-import from a spreadsheet if you're switching over.
Work as normal
Record the formula on each client's color card, or run the service at checkout. HueSuite deducts the exact grams from each tube based on your services library, where every service is defined per ml, per color code, with developer and lightener tracked.
Stock crosses its minimum
As usage draws products down, anything that hits its minimum level is flagged and pulled into a supplier order — grouped by supplier, with reorder quantities already worked out from the gap to your minimum.
Send the order in two clicks
Review the pre-filled order, adjust a line or add anything else you want, and hit send. It emails straight to your supplier. When the stock lands, weighted-average cost recalculates automatically.
Inventory questions,
answered.
How does HueSuite track salon inventory?
HueSuite tracks every product down to the gram. When you record a color formula or check out a retail sale, stock is auto-deducted in real time. No more end-of-week counting, no more "I thought we had three tubes left".
Does it work for hair color tubes specifically?
Yes — color tubes are the headline use case. Track grams used per tube, per shade, per brand. Stock auto-deducts as formulas are recorded on each client's color card.
Does it handle retail products too?
Yes. Track shampoos, masks, treatments, brushes — anything you sell. Stock auto-deducts at POS checkout. Reports show your fastest movers and dead stock.
Does HueSuite reorder stock automatically?
It builds the order for you. As formulas and services draw stock down, any product that drops below its minimum level is pulled into a supplier order — grouped by supplier, with reorder quantities suggested from the gap between your minimum and what's left. You review it, adjust or add anything, and send it to your supplier in two clicks. Nothing leaves without you approving it.
How are the suggested order quantities calculated?
From your minimum and current stock. Each product has a minimum level you set once; when current stock falls under it, HueSuite suggests a quantity to bring you back above it. You can override any line, or add a product that isn't low yet but you want on the same order.
What happens to product cost when new stock arrives?
When you receive a restock, HueSuite recalculates a weighted-average cost across old and new stock — so the cost feeding your per-service profitability and reports stays accurate even when supplier prices change.
Can I do a stock take?
Yes. Run a quick stock take any time. Discrepancies are flagged so you can investigate (waste, breakage, theft) instead of just rewriting numbers.
