FAQ

TimeTailor questions,
answered.

Is TimeTailor really free?

Its core plan is free for the salon, but clients pay a 3.9% fee on online bookings, and deposits, SMS reminders, advanced reports and a website are paid add-ons ($12, $9 and $15 a month as listed on 6 October 2026).

Do my clients pay a fee to book with HueSuite?

No. Clients never pay a booking fee. HueSuite takes 1% only on online payments such as deposits, charged to the salon; Stripe's processing fee is separate. Bookings, cash and in-person card payments carry 0% commission.

What does HueSuite add for colourists?

A formula vault with brand, shade, grams, developer and photos for every client, and colour stock that deducts by the gram from each formula — so the next visit starts where the last one ended.

Can you help us move from TimeTailor?

Yes, for free. We help you import your clients and set up services, staff and hours — in person in Cyprus, or on a call anywhere else.
