Yes. Voucher reports show issued vs redeemed vs outstanding balance — the outstanding total is your liability, so you always know what is on the books at year-end.
What happens to a voucher balance that is not fully used?
The remaining balance carries forward automatically against the same code across multiple visits, and you can extend an expiry or adjust a balance manually whenever you need to.
How do I issue a voucher?

Do they expire?
You set the expiry per voucher. Pick a date that works for your business — or leave it open-ended. Either way, expiry is tracked and flagged automatically.
What about partial redemptions?
Handled automatically. If a €100 voucher is used for €40, the remaining €60 balance carries forward against the same code. Customers can split the voucher over multiple visits.
