How does HueSuite online booking work?
Every salon gets a unique booking page (e.g. yoursalon.huesuite.eu) clients can access from your website, Instagram bio, Google Business Profile or QR code. Clients pick a service, see real availability, choose a stylist, and confirm — no app, no login, no friction.
Can I prevent double-bookings?
Yes — HueSuite blocks slots in real time. The moment a client picks 14:30, that slot disappears for everyone else. Buffer times, prep times and clean-up periods are all configurable per service.
Does it send reminders?
Yes. HueSuite sends automatic confirmations, opt-in 24h SMS reminders, and automatic reschedule notifications — drastically reducing no-shows. AI Messages, the booking-page chat, can also answer client questions and book directly into the same calendar.
Can I take deposits, and what happens if they don't pay?
Yes — set a deposit (fixed amount or %) per service, taken through your own Stripe account so payouts land directly in your bank. HueSuite auto-sends the payment link, holds the slot, and auto-cancels the booking if the deposit goes unpaid. You can also request a deposit by SMS from any existing appointment in one tap. Processing is just 1% on online payments — no commission on the booking itself.
What is the waitlist?
Clients can join a waitlist for a fully-booked day or a specific slot. The moment a matching slot opens (a cancellation, a reschedule), you can fill it with one tap — turning dead gaps into revenue instead of lost time.
Can I book two stylists or several services on one visit?
Yes. Group bookings link multiple services into a single visit, and multi-stylist appointments let a primary and secondary stylist both work the same client — with a customizable revenue split (50/50, 70/30, etc.) so each is credited correctly in reports and payroll.
Does the calendar work for multi-stylist salons?
Absolutely. Each stylist has their own calendar with personalized availability, services and prices. Clients can book a specific stylist or pick "any available". Owners see the full salon at a glance, and the gap finder suggests how to fill open slots — including booking into the processing time of a colour service.
Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?
