Are the reports accountant-ready?
Yes — Z-reports and X-reports are formatted for tax filings. Your accountant can pull the PDF, cross-reference the numbers, and file. No re-keying, no "can you export this differently?".
What is the Accountant Bundle?
One Excel file with nine ready sheets — Summary, Z Daily, Receipts, Commissions, Product Sales, VAT, Expenses, Fixed Overhead and Inventory. Hand it to your accountant and everything they need to file is in one place, already reconciled.
Does it handle VAT correctly?
Yes — per-category VAT, so services and retail can carry different rates (e.g. services 5% / retail 19%). The VAT sheet breaks it out by category automatically.
Does it track expenses?
Yes — a running expenses ledger plus a separate Fixed Overhead list (rent, utilities, subscriptions). Both feed your financial reports and the Accountant Bundle, so the P&L reflects real costs, not just takings.
