Which HueSuite plan suits a self-employed hairdresser?
If you mainly need bookings, Link (€9.99/mo) gives you your own booking page, calendar, client records and checkout. If you do a lot of colour, Pro (€30/mo) adds the colour formula vault and gram-level stock on top. Log (€24.99/mo) is colour tracking without online booking. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I run HueSuite from my phone?
Yes. HueSuite is a web app that works in any phone, tablet or laptop browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. There's nothing to download from an app store.
Do I need my own website?
No. You get your own booking page — a link you can put in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile or any message you send. Clients pick the service and time and book themselves, without creating an account.
How do I stop no-shows when I work alone?
Take a deposit or full payment online when clients book, through Stripe. Your booking policy sets the advance notice and cancellation rules. HueSuite takes 1% on online payments only; Stripe's processing fee is separate. Bookings, cash and in-person card payments carry 0% commission.
I rent a chair in someone else's salon. Can I keep my own client list?
Yes. Your HueSuite account is yours: your clients, formulas and booking history stay with you and can be exported at any time. If you move salons, your book moves with you.
