What user roles does HueSuite support?
Four built-in roles — Owner, Manager, Member and Accountant — plus per-member permission toggles. The Owner has full control, Managers run day-to-day, Members see only their own work, and the Accountant gets read-only access to reports and exports.
Is there a limit on team members?
No hard cap. HueSuite Pro includes up to 5 team members, then €2/seat/mo for extra Log members and €9.99/seat/mo for extra Link (online-booking) seats. Add or remove people any time.
What can an Accountant see?
Financial reports only — no client data, no formulas, no appointment history. The Accountant role is read-only on the P&L side of the business, which means you can give your external accountant direct access without exposing confidential client information.
Can I limit a Member to their own clients?
Yes. Per-member permission toggles let the Owner control exactly what each stylist sees. If you want one stylist who only ever sees their own book, flip the toggle — it's one click.
How are stylists charged?
Log plan: 5 stylists included, then €2 per additional seat. Link plan: €9.99 per seat. Pro plan: 5 Log seats + 1 Link seat included. Add or remove seats anytime from billing.
How is commission calculated?
Set a commission rate per stylist. HueSuite snapshots the rate at the moment of checkout, so a later rate change never rewrites past payroll. On multi-stylist receipts, each person is credited their exact share — including the revenue split on a shared appointment.
Can I track utilization and keep the team motivated?
Yes. Utilization and cost-per-service analytics show how busy each stylist is and what each service actually costs to deliver. Stylist achievements — badges, streaks and progress — add a bit of friendly momentum on top.
