How to add another shop

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Locations. Your first address becomes the primary shop.
2. Click Add shop, enter the details and confirm with Add and charge.
3. For each shop, choose Use company hours or Set its own hours.
4. In Settings → Team, open each stylist and pick their shop in the Location field.
5. Share each shop's own booking link from Settings → Online Booking → Link & QR — it skips the location question.

Good to know

• Filter the calendar by location to see one shop at a time.
• If each salon is a separate company, use the Multi-Company add-on (€24.99/mo) in Settings → Companies instead: the main company gets a Group overview with every company's month side by side.

Plans: Needs the Locations add-on (€9.99/mo per extra shop). Only the salon owner can add shops.
