How to set up your online booking page

Step by step

1. Go to Settings → Online Booking → Booking rules and switch on Online Booking.
2. Set Advance Booking (how many days ahead clients can book) and Minimum Notice (hours before an appointment), and choose whether to Allow Reschedule. Click Save Booking Settings.
3. In Services & deposits, switch on Bookable for each service clients can book online.
4. In Stylists & availability, choose which stylists appear on the booking page, and add blocks for holidays or regular days off.
5. Open Link & QR. Click Copy to copy your booking link, or Generate QR code and then Download PNG for your reception desk.
6. Share the link in your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile and messages.

What your clients see

1. Choose Services

They pick one or more services.

2. Preferred Stylist

A specific stylist, or Any Available.

3. Date and time

Only times that are really free.

4. Your Details

Name, phone, email and notes.

5. Review & Confirm

They accept your policy and confirm — or pay the deposit first, if the service needs one.

Good to know

• To see your page as a client does, use View your live booking page in Settings → Business Details → Public profile. That's also where you add a tagline, social handles and up to 5 salon photos.
• With several shops (Locations add-on), each shop has its own link that skips the location question.

Plans: Available on Link, Pro and the free trial. Only the salon owner can change these settings.
