How to set up appointment reminders

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Reminders & Notifications → Email Reminders and choose which to send: Booking Confirmation, 24-Hour Reminder, 1-Hour Reminder, No-Show Follow-Up and Cancellation Confirmation.
2. Set a Reply-to Email so clients' replies reach you, and click Save Reminder Settings.
3. For text messages, open the SMS section, switch on Enable SMS Reminders and choose Booking Confirmation SMS, 24h SMS Reminder and/or 1h SMS Reminder.
4. Set the Name shown in messages, check it with Send Test SMS, and click Save SMS Settings.
5. Top up your SMS Balance (€20, €50, €100 or €500, plus VAT). The cost per message depends on the client's country.

Good to know

• Remind only chosen customers lets you text some clients and not others; a client can also be set to never receive texts.
• SMS History shows every text that was sent.
