What is Hue Reach?
Hue Reach is the HueSuite marketing add-on. It turns your own client list into a marketing channel: build audiences, then send branded email and SMS campaigns straight from HueSuite — no separate mailing tool, no exporting spreadsheets. It reaches the clients you already have; it is not a marketplace and never shares your clients.
How is it different from AI Messages?
They are opposite directions. AI Messages is inbound — a chat on your booking page that answers clients and books them in. Hue Reach is outbound — you reach out to your existing clients with email and SMS campaigns. Many salons run both.
How much does it cost?
Hue Reach is €14.99/month flat, on top of any Link or Pro plan (and free to try during your 7-day trial). It is not available on the Log plan. Email is included free up to 3,000 sends per month. SMS is pay-as-you-go: each message is billed at your country rate from a prepaid wallet, so you only pay for what you send.
Who can I target?
Build an audience by lifetime spend, number of visits, how recently they came in, whether their colour is due to fade, an upcoming booking, birthday month, which stylist they see, which services they have had, tags and status. You see a live count of how many clients match, and you can save segments to reuse.
Can I add a discount to a campaign?
Yes — Hue Reach can attach a unique discount code to each recipient. When a client redeems it at your POS, it is tracked back to the campaign, so you can see exactly what a campaign brought in.
Is it GDPR-friendly?
Yes. You are messaging your own clients, every email carries a signed unsubscribe link and every SMS an opt-out link, and opt-outs are respected automatically. You can send free test messages to yourself before a campaign goes out.
Does it do WhatsApp or two-way texting?
Not yet — Hue Reach is email and SMS only, and SMS is one-way (broadcast), so it is for campaigns rather than back-and-forth conversations. WhatsApp is not part of Hue Reach.
